French Speaking IT Support Analyst
My London-based client, who offer Network & Infrastructure provision to Enterprise clients across the UK, are currently looking to hire a French-speaking IT Support Analyst on a contract basis with immediate effect. In this position, the successful IT Support Analyst will be tasked with responding to 1st/2nd line support issues, logging calls, creating tickets and escalating problems where necessary. It is important to note that this successful IT Support Analyst must be fluent in French in order qualify. You will be required to operate in a fast-paced environment and to act under pressure, responding multiple customer issues at once. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Taking calls and logging tickets with suitable priorities and categories. Responding to first line incidents where possible. Adhering to clearly laid down procedures and processes Delivering work within stringent Service Level Objectives Dispatching incidents to Tier 2 Support staff where needed and including all relevant information about diagnostic steps taken and symptoms of the occurrence.
