Your role as a Teaching Assistant will be to support teachers and their students with additional needs. It is an extremely rewarding role where you have a significant role in raising these pupils’ achievement, supporting their personal development, and given them confidence. Training, support and guidance will be provided by Horizon Teachers and the school.
